The benefits of organic vitamins

The manufacture and sales of vitamin products and supplements, is a multibillion-dollar industry. Most of us take vitamin supplements on a daily basis, in one form or the other. The modern lifestyle and hectic work schedules make us compromise on the quality and quantity of our food intake. This deprives our bodies of vital nutrients and vitamins that are needed for sustenance. We end up taking vitamin supplements to overcome this and most often, the supplements that we buy are artificially made products. These artificial products are easy on the pocket but light on the benefits that they offer. Organic vitamins extracted from natural resources are costlier but safer for ingestion.

The benefits that nature made vitamins offer far outweigh the extra cost that we have to pay for them. Organic vitamins obtained from natural sources do not contain impurities that cause adverse reactions. Artificial vitamins by structure are not stable. Extra additives need to be added to increase their shelf life. These additives are the cause for the side effects. These additives react adversely with the chemicals is inside the body to cause abdominal pain, gastric trouble and bone of movement issues. Organic vitamins are preserved by organic means to increase their shelf lives. This is one of the major advantages when we use nature made vitamins.
Vitamins in their original form are of little use to the body. They need to be broken down into smaller molecules that are easily absorbable by the body. The digestive system breaks up the vitamins and prepares them for use. Artificial vitamins are structurally bonded strongly and it becomes difficult for the digestive juices to break them up. Organic vitamins are mostly extracted from living organisms. This structure is naturally softened, thereby making it easier for the body to break them up. This is why nature made vitamins do not produce the feeling of fullness on heaviness when ingested.

A well-balanced diet can gradually replenish the body of vitamins and can help to eliminate the dependence on vitamin supplements. People must include lots of fruits and vegetables in their daily food intake. These are filled with organic vitamins that are easily absorbed by the body and even stored for future use. If there is a need to supplement the vitamin intake, it is better to choose nature made vitamins and extracts, rather than the manmade ones. This might work out costlier in the short run but proves to be a healthier option in the long run.
